Sales and Service Coordinator

NeilMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is currently inviting an experienced Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team. NeilMed is the #1 brand for over-the-counter nasal and sinus care worldwide, we offer plenty of exciting opportunities for all of our employees. As a Sales and Services Coordinator, you play a key role in making that happen. You will support all aspects of sales and service initiatives including inbound and outbound calls, managing wholesale accounts worldwide, providing a phenomenal customer experience, and embodying the NeilMed attitude and DNA.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales and Service Coordinator who has a passion for people as well as lead acquisition. A typical workday includes reaching out to pre-existing leads and getting them engaged with NeilMed Piercing Aftercare, which is a cosmetic sterile saline to help a client with the cleaning and healing process after getting a new piercing. You will work within the sales department as part of a specialized team which focuses on generating sales for a fast growing brand. Excellent people skills and a passion for teamwork are imperative.

Your responsibilities include

  • Creating an Amazing Customer Experience Through strong client focus and collaboration, you create a welcome environment for our customers. Understand company goals and opportunities and help the team to meet these goals. Educate professional body piercers about the importance of aftercare. Communicate on opportunities of our loyalty programs effectively execute and implement customer details in our CRM system.
  • Supporting Success Help make a beautiful first impression by ensuring our clients are satisfied and stocked. Share your strategic vision by providing follow up communication on re-ordering products and sales suggestions. Support clients by informing them on features and benefits. Embrace your winning spirit by contributing to our team sales goals, driving results, and sharing your knowledge of NeilMed policies and standards.

We would love to hear from you if you have

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role supporting sales, training, and client service.
  • Strong communication skills along with the ability to influence, motivate and provide feedback
  • A knack for technology and systems
  • Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment and stay aware of changing priorities as they arise
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm local time
  • Adherence to the NeilMed dress code and policies in the NeilMed Employee Handbook
  • Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction
  •  Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • English preferred

BASE PAY, COMPANY BENEFITS PACKAGE PLUS SUBSTANTIAL COMMISSION

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Base pay + Commission

Must have reliable transportation for visiting accounts in-person from time to time
